Very Disappointed!!!,

I bought this bra relying on the good reputation of Medela and was very disappointed. It is uncomfortable, unadjustable, and the shoulder straps ride up very high, making your already limited choice of outfits even more so. As the model in the picture isn't wearing any breast pads, you can't see how this bra does an extremely poor job at concealing them from the public. I also found that, because it must go on over your head, it was difficult putting it on. I am a 36B and the large was uncomfortably tight. It's like a complicated sports bra, without the support. It was even more difficult to refasten the hooks. Don't waste your money! Go to ... and order a catalog, they have a huge selection. I recommend the "sleep-bra" with crossover design for it's easy access design, comfort, and light but perfect support!

This bra was just perfect for right after delivery, but a few days later when my milk came in, this bra offered zero in terms of support. I delivered in late June, so it also wasn't plesant wearing this bra in hot weather. I was totally sweating. I switched back to my original Bravado all cotton bras, and I'm much happier. Very disappointed in these!

EXCELLENT sleep bra!,

This bra has been excellent as a sleep bra! Like other reviewers, I couldn't wear it during the day much due to the straps being close to the neck. But this is the only bra that I found comfortable enough to sleep in. Additionally, I am a small-breasted woman and this conformed to my breasts with breast pads quite well.
I strongly recommend that every nursing mom have at least one of these in their wardrobe!

comfy enough to wear to bed, easy-to-use, and easy to size. not the prettiest bra ever, but its not bad-looking, and it offers a nice, supported shape under clothes. i have it in several colors.

Benefits far outweigh any drawbacks!,

This was one of two Beautiful Beginnings bras I bought and I far prefer it to the traditional hook-and-eye model I also bought. I'm usually a hook and eye girl personally and don't care for pull-on-overhead styles, but this one is worth the hassle. I've found that putting the bra on all the way to the armpits BEFORE putting it over my head is most helpful in preventing the back from binding. It's comfortable enough to sleep in and I can wear it 24/7 as one of the other reviewers mentioned. I'm a 40 DD while nursing and this fits just fine in the extra large size. The straps are a little close, and they aren't adjustable, but I think the design is such that most women can adjust where the underside of the bra falls on their chest wall (as there's no underwire) to accommodate and probably most women will be comfortable with the straps as they are (although certainly some folks fall outside that range and want something a little easier to adjust). On the whole, the nicest bra I've found. Now if only I could find one that would hold the breast pump for me... :-)
