You're better off cutting holes in a cheap sports bra.
Magda
It holds the breast shields in place no problem but it's a bit hard to get on.

Got small size after reading reviews, but felt extra small would have been better after using the small. It works as advertised, but the breast shields feel loose when attached. Does not give a secure feeling, although shields have never fallen out and milk has never spilled. It is also awkward that the top of the bustier feels looser than the bottom giving the sensation that it could tip over or open up. Idea is great, but I got a much better and much more comfortable result by taking an old sports bra, cutting out nipple holes and securing the breast shields under the bra. It is extremely expensive for what it is, I could have bought 3 sports bras and converted them with a pair of scissors and gotten a better result for the same price! So I if I had the chance to do it over, I would not buy it; and therefore, cannot recommend it.

Ps. A word of advice: if you want to use a sports bra, the tighter the hole you make for the breast shield spouts the better. And for longer use you can sew around the hole to stop it from expanding with numerous uses.

I work very long hours and I exclusively pump for my baby. I needed some sort of hands-free device so that I could work while I pump. I bought this product at Target and it was a big mistake. It's literally a piece of fabric with two holes cut in it that zips up the front. It provides no support. When using it, I would have to try and balance the bottles on my legs while typing for extra support (I'm larger chested--36D). The zipper broke while I was at work after only two weeks! It's hard enough pumping all the time at work, so this really added a bout of frustration to my day. I have since bought the Simple Wishes pumping bra and it is a far superior product. With Simple Wishes, there's tons of support. No more balancing on my legs. Also, if my baby cries, I can unhook and go to him with flanges still attached and I don't have to worry about the flanges falling out because the Simple Wishes has overlapping fabric for the nipple holes so that it's impossible for the flanges to fall out. Simple Wishes also looks a lot nicer. My husband would laugh at me whenever I used the Madela hands-free because your nipples just hang out of it. With Simple Wishes, you have to work the flanges into the fabric because of the overlap, so you look less like a cow when you wear it. And Simple Wishes was $2 cheaper than Madela!

I pumped for 11 days before getting the hands-free bra. I work from home (luckily) and my baby won't nurse, so I have to pump ALL the milk she drinks. I was "wasting" a lot of time sitting and pumping. Holding the cups to my breast was also a big hassle. This hands-free bra cup holder is great - A MUST HAVE if you pump a lot. It frees up my hands to do other things, like typing this review online (yes, I'm pumping right now) or having a cup of coffee. I don't feel like my time pumping is a waste of time anymore. This was pretty critical to my being productive in my job during the day. I wear a 38-B and I bought a size Medium. It's tight at the bottom, but I think the Large would not have stayed on well enough.

The only change I would make, which I HIGHLY recommend they do, is to add bra straps to make it feel more secure.

Along with freeing up my hands, I feel less "exposed" while pumping. Even sitting home along doing it, I felt a bit exposed (neurotic, I know!).

If you will be pumping, you really should get this. Color won't matter since you wont' be wearing it as a real bra. Babies-R-Us carries them in the store if you don't like to order stuff online.

There is only one thing that needs to work: the zipper. Does it? Absolutely not! I struggle with this thing for 5 minutes before I can actually get it zipped properly.

I reviewed the sizing chart and ordered the proper size according to the chart and it is so tight it prevents my milk from flowing. It probably would be very helpful if you can figure out which size to buy.

This bra isn't bad but I ended up returning it because I thought that it would get messy. It was hard to take the bra off without getting milk onto the bra. The material is soft and thick and overall the bra is good quality. The packaging is very simple and I think this item is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough support once the bottle gets filled with milk. There's no option to add in straps to help support the bottles. I ended up purchasing the Simple Wishes Breast Pump Bustier instead which I like a lot better. The Simple Wishes Breast Pump Bustier is adjustable which is great because your bra size will change as you change.

I had to pump for the first 7 weeks of my daughters life because she was in the NICU. This product made my multitaking heart smile. My postpartum bra size was 40F, so I bought the large...kinda wished I had bought the medium. A snugger fit it better than a loose one.

This bra is foresure easier to use than the straps that come along with the pump for hands-free pumping. The holes that hold the pump stretch out though very quickly thus reducing the suction. Also it's a little annoying getting the pump in and out of the holes before and after pumping. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know if it will stretch or shrink when I do.
