This foot rest is great both prenatally and for feeding time. This great foot rest helps angle the feet so that you don't get pinching in the hips or tired feet. Also, this is great for dad when he wants to help feed the little one. Overall this product is great and can be used with rocking chairs and any chair really to transform it into a comfortable feeding place.

Yes, you could probably make your own or find a suitable alternative, but I found this easy to put together and perfectly sized for me. I keep it under my couch and it makes a complete difference in how I comfortable I am while breastfeeding (my feet do not touch the floor without it). It's not an absolute "must have," but it's a nice luxury and ordering it made me feel prepared. It doesn't take tools to put together, you just lightly hammer the pieces into place. The white shows the dirt collected from your feet pretty easily, but a quick sweep with the vacuum and it looks good as new!

I use the stool as a footrest under my computer desk. I am short so when I raise my chair to a good height, my feet dangle. This is great to put my feet on. The flat ones seem to increase stress on my back and the slant of the nursing stool allows me to work for longer periods. After you no longer nurse, just move the stool to the computer desk area.

Originally we had gotten a rocking ottoman to match our glider... however it took up way too much room in the nursery and it was too high to put my feet on. This nursing stool is the perfect height and takes up next to no room.

This stool is such a simple idea, but it really does add a lot of comfort. I use mine with my glider chair and it really helps my back. It's also extremely easy to assemble, well-made, and very sturdy. It was worth the money.

My son is almost 4 months now (wow time flies!) I used this stool with a white wicker rocking chair in his nursery. It works out great. One of my girlfriends has a rocker/glider with an ottoman, but I think having one of these would make rocking more comfortable.

This stool really helped me get comfortable for breastfeeding my daughter. Much better than the ottomans that are sold along with most gliders.

I bought this as a first-time breast-feeding mom after using a similar stool in the hospital and getting frustrated while breast-feeding in a glider/ottoman combo with a newborn. I found it works best with a firm office chair rather than a glider. I also used My Brest Friend Deluxe Pillow, Light Green for the first couple months which also made breast feeding more comfortable for me. The stool was easy to assemble. You may want to use a mallot or a hammer covered with cloth. I broke one of the wooden pegs during assembly but it hasn't fallen apart.

This is a great little stool and very comfortable. I had a nice Dutailier glider but preferred the Medela stool over the matching ottoman.

The stool arrived quickly - on the day we brought our son home from the hospital. My husband put it together quickly. I think it took less than 10 minutes. I have been using it for the past few weeks and am happy with it. It is sturdy and serves it's purpose.
