Check your pump before buying. Only older pumps use 12V. Newer pumps use 9V - this adapter won't work for your 9V Pump-In-Style.

This is a 12V adaptor and will NOT work with the new Pump In Style Advanced pumps. They state right on the pump..."not to exceed 9v". I called in to try to let seller know this was the case and that I needed to exchange. I had to leave a message. They returned my call and left a message, that it WOULD work with my pump. That is incorrect. So, I tried to call again and got no response. I finally sent the adaptor back with a note for an exchange...no response. I called back to find out the status of my exchange and they told me they had never received my package. I would not recommend buying from this seller. And, this adaptor will not work with newer pumps as stated above on another review. Very unsatisfied customer.

This is a 12V adapter - the Medela InStyle uses a 9V. Do not buy this one.
