These bras are nice for when you are at home with your baby. They are very comfortable. I ordered them before I had my baby b/c I figured that this way I wouldn't need to know what size exactly I was going to be once my milk came in. So these were nice to use until I went to go and get the "real" nursing bras.

I bought 2 fabric-only sleep bras in the UK that were manufactured in Sweden, and hoped to find something similar when I returned to the US because I loved mine so much I wore them out. I got the XL, and it is WAY to small. It pressed into me so tightly that I think it may have led to a case of mastitis. MAYBE you could get away with an XL if you're normally a B cup. If you're C or above, don't even get one of these.

I purchased the extra large (normally wear a 36D) and it barely covered me. No support whatsoever...if you're looking for a good nursing bra, go elsewhere.

Could not do without, very comfortable but still supports well at night. Agree with other reviewers that it runs small and you need an XL if you're usually in the M/L range.

This bra is comfortable but it runs small. I purchased an XL because I usually wear a L/XL and thought the XL would be perfect. It fits but the back of it is so high on my back. I have several sleep nursing bras from Babies R Us in a size medium (they looked huge) that fit perfectly so I don't think it's me. Overall a comfortable bra but I would buy a size or two larger next time.

This bra offered no support for me and after two washings the elastic unraveled in the back. There are definitely better sleep bras out there. I use lots of Medela products (pump, storage bags, etc.), but this product is greatly inferior to the competition when it comes to quality. I will complement them on the fabric- super soft and smooth. Too bad that does me no good as the bra is now in pieces in my closet.

This bra is very soft and comfortable, but the elastic along the back has already started to wear out. It is truly meant as a "sleep" bra, you do not want to wear this outside of the house. I actually prefer the Motherhood Maternity sleep bras-they are the same price and right now are buy 3 get 1 free. They go down further in the back and are a bit more supportive.

I bought this bra to use when I come home from the hospital with my daughter. I wanted something that wasn't a strict size until I see the exact size I'll be once my supply comes in. Currently, I'm a 38F and the XL fits pretty well. Keep in mind this is meant to be a sleep bra, so it's not terribly supportive, but it does keep things where they should be and hold breast pads in place nicely. It is pretty thin, so if wearing it out of the house (sort of like a sports bra), make sure you wear some breast pads or you could have an embarassing moment in a chilly place. Overall, I like the quality and it's a nice bra.

This was a nice sleep bra during pregnancy, but now that my milk is in it is way too uncomfortable and tight for me to wear. I was a 36 C/ 34 D during pregnancy. . . so I was not that huge but even the largest size can be too snug. I really wanted to love this, but I won't give up. Maybe once my milk supply settles in I will be able to wear it more comfortably.

I am so glad I ordered this bra. After waking up with leaking breasts, I needed to wear a bra at night to hold breast pads, but I wasn't willing to be uncomfortable. Based on other reviews, I ordered an XL (40DD) and it fits great. It isn't too tight or too loose- it's perfect. I wear it most nights and I've had no problems. It's a great bra for the price and definitely comfortable enough for sleeping. It's easy to slide over for nighttime nursing too.
