Easy to use and effective,

As an athlete, I'm often looking for a way to effectively treat muscle pain. I store these in the freezer for cold therapy. If I need heat, I just simply pop in the microwave. The heat really penetrates and relaxes the muscles. They're comfortable, too.

This is a good product--however--it is short. I have short hands and I have problems covering my thumb joint as well as the finger joints. It is heavier than I would like--but it is moist heat and it holds the heat well.

It's a good product as long as you don't expect to heat your wrist along with your fingers.

The heat wrap does what is says it does, and provides moist heat without adding water. However, the product is smaller than is shown in the image. I'm a 5'3, slim girl and the wrap is only long enough to cover from the tips of my fingers to the thumb knuckle which is closest to my wrist. It doesn't come anywhere near covering my wrist, but I needed it to help my fingers, so it still worked just fine for me. :)I was also surprised to find that the wrap is designed like 2 combined bean bags. The part that goes under your palm is thick and offers a lot of support. The part that goes above your hand is thinner and doesn't seem to have as many beads so it doesn't keep heat quite as well as the bottom part. You can move the beads around in the wrap to bring heat where you need it, but the beads will always start to settle and move back into their previous positions. I also have to reheat the wrap every 20-30 minutes to restore heat. I hope that this helped! :D |
