Award-Winning Design Makes Traveling Easy Designed with the traveler in mind, the Media Mouse X54 is not your usual mouse. Rather than trying to squeeze an awkwardly shaped external mouse in your laptop bag, you store the X54 inside the laptop itself, in your computer's PC Card slot, where it's also charged.
When you need it, just eject it from the card slot, flip out the integrated kickstand to comfortably position the mouse, and you're ready for action. The X54 offers the same functionality as conventional laser wireless mice -- scroll, right click, left click -- without the bulky, oversized design.
The Media Mouse X54 is compatible with laptops with an ExpressCard/54 slot. If your PC has a PCMCIA, Type I/II, or Cardbus slot, you should use the MoGo Mouse BT. (See accompanying chart for the performance features and compatibility details of each MoGo Mouse.)
Full-Size Performance and Features
The Media Mouse measures just 2.1 x 0.2 x 3.1 inches (WxHxD), but that doesn't mean it doesn't offer the same performance as larger mice. With a patent-pending optical system, it provides 800 DPI resolution for precise tracking. It also has two buttons, the ability to scroll, and is Bluetooth-enabled, offering wireless operation with a range of 30 feet.
Control Your Media Player from Across the Room
In addition to functioning as a mouse, the Media Mouse X54 does double duty as a remote control. In Remote Control mode, you can play, pause, change the volume, mute, and change tracks on a variety of media players, including iTunes.
Built-In Rechargeable Battery Saves Money and the Environment
Unlike other wireless mice that require expensive and environmentally unfriendly battery replacements every few months, the Media Mouse X54 has a built-in rechargeable battery that is automatically charged every time you store it inside the ExpressCard/54 slot. This saves you money and helps you protect the environment as well. It takes about 30 minutes to recharge the battery, and a single charge gets about 8 to 10 hours of normal use.
Tiny, Bluetooth Adapter
The Micro USB Bluetooth Adapter lives up to its name with its fingernail size, measuring just 0.4 x 0.73 x 0.37 inches (WxHxD). When you plug it into your USB port, it sits flush and barely protrudes from the slot, so you don't have to worry about breaking it off accidentally, and you can leave it in when you put your laptop into its case.
Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR for Fast Connections
The Micro Bluetooth Adapter supports the Bluetooth standard v2.0 +EDR and provides data transfer speeds that are up to three times faster than v1.2 adapters. You'll spend less time waiting while you share data between your laptop and PDA, music player, camera, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
The MoGo Media Mouse X54 and Bluetooth Adapter combo is backed by a two-year warranty.
