I have a background in computers and technology this software is garbage, a waste of money.

Their customer support is non-existent.

Don't get your hopes up. what ever this "thing" claims to do, you'll be better off looking elsewhere.First thing you notice when it arrives is what looks like a short manual which is actually a piece of self-congratulatory paper that's folded once."thank you for purchasing the Blaze..." CRAP!
do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of crap:(

It has nothing special to offer. And when you have a problem their people will only offer a good turn around transferring from person to person. And when they finally help, it is just a temporary help.... No good stay away from it
