Great way to go,

This really is a nice piece of electronics. It gives you the option of playing video files on your tv...and you can take it almost anywhere. I'm in the process of converting all my DVDs to video...then I'll never have to leave my sofa! I haven't really taken advantage of its ability to play music and show pictures yet...perhaps next family reunion.
A few issues though (which prevent me from giving it 5 stars) The remote control uses a 3v 2025 battery. Limited life, limited range...a pain to replace. ALL my other remotes use AAA (of which I have a multitude of rechargables). The menu: Not pretty to look at...not fun to navigate (the MG-35 is a little better but less pretty). It would be nice if we had the capacity to personalize it somewhat...perhaps in another firmware. A little flimsy. Decent grade plastic...but that's just it...mostly plastic. |
