Too often standard cables are too long. This works for connecting two components stacked together. Have only just got it, works great but can't comment on longevity / reliability.

I had never used Mediabridge before, but the quality seems great. I have used 1', 3', 6', 8', 12', 15' and 35' in my new installation and all lengths work as expected, all have nice packaging (that makes you feel like you are getting a quality product), and I have seen no issues with signal loss or degradation. I have had some problems with cheap HDMI cables, but Mediabridge shows no signs of trouble and I am, months into this project now, very satisfied with my decision and purchase.

I bought a selection of their cables, and all of them seem to work as described so far. As for longevity that I can not attest to. If I have a problem with them down the road I will update this review. Their shipping was very fast, and the packaging was also very good. Hopefully their product will last a long time. So far it is a top rated company for me.

I ordered this Mediabridge High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet (1 Foot) - Flex Series to use as the output cable on my Ultra High Performance HDMI Switcher, 3to1 Switch which I had ordered at the same time as the switcher does not come with an HDMI cable.
I was really nicely surprised by the high quality of the MediaBridge Flex Series HDMI cables, so much so that I have since ordered and received 3 more (two 3ft cables & one 6ft cable) and am in the process of replacing all of my old HDMI cables with them, even a Monster Cable. The thin, extremely flexible cables are comparable to the high-end brand-name cables, look so much neater than the thick, rigidly uncooperative ones and the flexibilty means that lighter devices like my Apple TV stay flat where I put them and they are much easier to organize, hide and coil up for storage. They "click" in to ports cleanly and with just the right amount of snugness. Not so tight as to make plugging and unplugging them a difficult, two-handed operation (and causing one to worry that one might be damaging something in the process), but tight enough so there is no wobble or wiggle in the port ensuring there is always a constant "full" connection.

I feel they are just as good as, if not better than even my Monster cables and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a 6ft or shorter HDMI cable. They make the Flex Series up to 10ft length, but reduction in signal and resolution/image quality starts to become more of a reality in a cable this thin when you get to the 8-10ft length. It may still be ok, but personally I would recommend the heavier Mediabridge High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet (10 ft) - Ultra Series - Supports Ethernet, 3D, and Audio Return [Newest Standard] if you need something over 6ft.

NOTE: Something that doesn't seem to be in the descriptions for these Mediabridge cables is that they come with plastic protectors that cover each end. It is a very nice high quality addition to an already great product. I have put the plastic caps on the cables that have been replaced as they will provide nice protection to the connectors and are good for storing with.

I used these to hook 4 devices into a switch. They were just the right length for the job. One of them bent at the connection point, but I am fairly sure I pushed the box back further than it should have gone. When I bent it mostly back, it still worked.

What a pleasure it is to have a 1' HDMI cable and to be able to eliminate all the excess from my old one. Now I'm ready to survey all my needs and place another order with the perfect length for each device. Thank you Mediabridge.

This cable is the best out there....the price is very affordable, yet there is no loss of quality. For 3-D 1080p viewing...this was a great choice

These cables look great and won't fall apart. Some retail cables have ugly plastic connector covers that are too big to fit into equipment. Not these. The comfortable "rubber" ends fit into everything like they should. They look and feel solid.

You obviously can't see inside these cables but their performance speaks to their quality. The nature of HDMI as a digital technology means it either "works" or "doesn't." HDMI doesn't degrade or fall-off, it gives a great picture until the signal is so weak the screen goes blank. I have used these in runs up to 50' and they have worked flawlessly.

As an aside, the ten cables I needed for a recent project cost what two or three lesser cables would have at my local big box store...and were delivered the next day!

I did a lot of research before buying this, and saved $12 over the (longer, but I didn't need length) Apple version that I considered buying for my Apple TV. This is a fantastic product. It is the newest standard, category 2, high speed certified. All the compatibility is explained above and in even greater detail on their website. The Mediabridge website is wonderful, and the company is responsive and information generous, so you understand the use and quality of this excellent product. This is a company that cares more than any company I remember since 1980s Apple about a product they believe in. They are paying attention. I didn't think they made companies you could trust for value anymore.

Another great cable from Mediabridge. Perfect length and flexibility to connect an Apple TV that is mounted to the back of my Toshiba TV using the TotalMount - Apple TV Universal Mounting System (see photo). Also used a Monoprice HDMI Port Saver (Male to Female) - 270 Degree connector for the HDMI input on the back of the TV. From the photo you can also see the Mediabridge coaxial cable connected to the back of my Toshiba TV. As for the image and sound quality coming out of my TV after connecting the Apple TV using the Mediabridge HDMI cable, I don't think it could be any better!!!
