Mediabridge FLEX Series - High Speed HDMI Cable With Ethernet - (3 Feet) - Category 2 Certified - [Supports ETHERNET, 3D & Audio Return Channel]

I have never written a review before but after the mess I had with HDMI cables I wanted to speak up.

I just purchased a new flat screen and home entertainment system I wanted to make sure I got some good HDMI cables. I started looking on Amazon and there are a so many that it got real confusing. I ended up buying several different brands but when they arrived the Mediabridge FLEX really stood out above the rest. This cable will handle more speed that is being produced right now and it is the best quality I have seen. It's also very small and flexible which made a world of difference do to one of HDMI outlets having a strange angle and a tight fit. One brand was so stiff and heavy that I was worried about it bending the HDMI outlet in my flat screen and none of them made the tight fit in my entertainment system except for the Mediabridge.

I know I do not have to stress anymore because I have found the best high speed HDMI cable out there , so thank you Medaibridge !

I bought a Netgear NeoTV and my standard cables were so heavy & stiff that it was hard to get it to stay where I wanted it. This cable was a great solution! Very lightweight & flexible compared to standard HDMI cables, good snug fit on the connectors and I haven't had any problems with my connection.

I was really nicely surprised by the high quality of the MediaBridge Flex Series HDMI cables, so much so that I have since ordered and received 3 more (another 3ft, a 1ft & a 6ft cable) and am in the process of replacing all of my old HDMI cables with them, even a Monster Cable. The thin, extremely flexible cables are comparable to the high-end brand-name cables, look so much neater than the thick, rigidly uncooperative ones and the flexibilty means that lighter devices like my Apple TV stay flat where I put them and they are much easier to organize, hide and coil up for storage. They "click" in to ports cleanly and with just the right amount of snugness. Not so tight as to make plugging and unplugging them a difficult, two-handed operation (and causing one to worry that one might be damaging something in the process), but tight enough so there is no wobble or wiggle in the port ensuring there is always a constant "full" connection.

I feel they are just as good as, if not better than even my Monster cables and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a 6ft or shorter HDMI cable. They make the Flex Series up to 10ft length, but reduction in signal and resolution/image quality starts to become more of a reality in a cable this thin when you get to the 8-10ft length. It may still be ok, but personally I would recommend the heavier Mediabridge High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet (10 ft) - Ultra Series - Supports Ethernet, 3D, and Audio Return [Newest Standard] if you need something over 6ft.

NOTE: Something that doesn't seem to be in the descriptions for these Mediabridge cables is that they come with plastic protectors that cover each end.

This was an experiment. I observed that both the television that our son gave us for Christmas and my Windows 7 laptop computer had HDMI ports that looked identical, so I ordered this cable and gave it a try. Mediabridge kindly sent an email offering help, but I when plugged in the cable and used the television remote to select HDMI input, the television screen displayed the desktop. It could not have been simpler.

A high quality cable, flexible and small. The cable end was slim and short enough to fit into a restricted space. I saw no problem with the picture on the HDTV after installation, and I'm sure a 6ft length would also work just fine. Unfortunately, there isn't any problem here with EMI, so I can't tell you how effective the cable's shielding is.

There appears to be a move toward active electronics in cables of this type when the length reaches 10ft. Keep that in mind, if you have a problem with the picture, and are using a longer length of slim cable.

I am very pleased with the quality of the MediabridgeFLEX Series of cable, and have full confidence in its construction. You won't be disappointed.
