About the Author

Harry N. Mazadoorian is Distinguished Professor of Dispute Resolution Law from Practice at Quinnipiac University School of Law and its Center on Dispute Resolution in Hamden, Connecicut.

Mr. Mazadoorian is widely recognized as a national ADR authority and has been actively involved in ADR matters for more than twenty years. He serves as a professional dispute resolution neutral in several capacities, handling a wide variety of mediations and arbitrations in commercial and other matters.

He has received a number of ADR-related awards including, Community Mediation Inc.'s Honorable Robert Zampano Award for Excellence in Mediation and the Society for Professionals in Dispute Resolution/Association of Conflict Resolution ADR Pioneer Award.

Professor Mazadoorian is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
