Great Text!
This is a great textbook to understand the claims process. It's simple and easy to navigate. It also is accompanied by a CD-ROM which has 10 case studies for you to practice filling out the CMS-1500 form. Would recommend this book for both teachers and students. I'm an instructor and wish our college used this book as their student's textbook as I feel the one we are...

It is an okay book
Another book I had to buy for my college courses. This book is a good book but some of the chapters are a bit confusing for first year students. For the majority of the time it was very easy to follow and if you read it you will know what it is talking about. Also has some really good exercises to help you.

This is a great textbook to understand the claims process. It's simple and easy to navigate. I received this book in brand new condition. Not one mark anywhere on the book. I was very pleased with it. The $$ was great and even with the expedited shipping I requested, the price was still a significant amount lower that purchasing the book brand new. Plus, I really did get it fast. I will ONLY use amazon.com (used text books are) for the rest of my curriculum books.
