Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Its written in very informal language and its opinionated. Its more of a book of tips for lawyers in malpractice cases from the experience of the author. There are no citations that I remember, everything comes out of the lawyers's experience.

I'm suing my plastic surgeon on my own. This book is too basic, so it wasn't very helpful. It's LOADED with typos. Don't waste your money
