Very Complicated,

This book is not for everyone. It was written for doctors. If you are the type of person who enjoys taking charge of your diabetes (of course with the guidance of your medical team) then this is a good read. If you prefer to let the doctor manage it for you (not a bad choice, especially when pregnant) then don't bother, it will just frustrate.My endocrinologist recommended this book because I ask "Why?" a lot. It really helps me to know what standards the doctors are following.
