About the Author
Jayne M. Standley is a Lawton Distinguished Professor of Music at the Florida State University. She directs the Music Therapy Degree Programs there and established the Music Therapy partnership between FSU and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare and the National Institute on Music Therapy for Infants and Children. She is editor of the Journal of Music Therapy with Premature Infants: Research and Developmental Interventions.
