Peter D. Lucash is an experienced physician practice manager, business consultant and trainer. He has worked with a number of practices including start up situations as well as growth oriented businesses. He works with medical and professional practices that want to improve their performance and direction to better serve their patients and create a practice that is professionally satisfying. Peter holds an MBA and MPH from Columbia University, and is a faculty member of the University of Phoenix.

More About the Author

Peter Lucash is the founder and CEO of Digital CPE, LLC, a training and consulting firm working to improve the business management of small businesses, professional practices and nonprofit organizations.

Peter has worked as a manager and consultant in a variety of growth oriented and startup situations. Peter has worked as chief administrative officer, operations manager, vice president of planning and marketing and interim chief financial officer. His industry experience includes medical practices (including several startup situations), hospitals, outpatient settings, nursing homes and home care agencies, as well as a web-based magazine publisher. He holds an MBA and MPH from Columbia University.

He has developed and taught hundreds of live seminars that have been presented around the country for seminar companies and professional and trade organizations, including McGraw-Hill, the Business Network, CPE, Inc., American Marketing Association, the Blackbaud International Conferences on Philanthropy, the Small Business Resource Center and the Medical Group Management Association. He currently is a faculty member of the University of Phoenix and Ellis College of the New York Institute of Technology, where he teaches business and entrepreneurship courses online, and has developed course for Red Vector.com, the education portal for licensed construction professionals.
