If you are starting your practice and don't want to come up with your own policy book, this is a great tool for reference! We have used it in our practice and it has been well worth the price.

There are some topics which could have been expanded a bit more to enable a non-experienced medical office person to understand why and how a certain task or responsibility should be taken on. The book content offers good basic instructions for a variety of medical office functions along with some form examples. There are some topics which could have been expanded a bit more to enable a non-experienced medical office person to understand why and how a certain task or responsibility should be taken on. IT does provide some essential basics and is a moderately good reference guide.

This is a very good resource manual. It is easy to understand and covers a broad range of P&P's. The CD is helpful in developing forms personalized to our practice. We are opening a new Urgent Care Center and had to start from nothing. It covers refrigerator logs to HR issues...
