This book and the rest in the series(they have all you need for BSN program) were irreplacable to me in my BSN studies. I just graduated one of the hardest programs in the state with a 3.642 GPA. The Lippincott series really made a difference. I didn't have them my first semester, but second semester with the books my grades jumped! The professors were not familiar with the books but I followed along in class with them page by page. A great investment and now a perfect reference tool

I have used this book all semester and plan to use it for next semester also. It is very well written. It is alot easier to understand then a textbook. I found it easier to study from this book, along with my notes, then reading a text book. It breaks down everything for you into a outline. Good book I've already ordered another review book for Pediatrics

This book is good for all medical-surgical nursing classes. It helped me out a lot when I found out about this book in second semester. It helped to improve my grades by focusing on what the nure must look for----signs and symptoms, interventions, etc. I would recommend this book for any serious nursing student out there who knows how to use resources like this effectively.

I used this book throughout my advanced Med-Surg class, and it was very helpful. Also useful were the study questions at the end of each chapter with very detailed rationals. The questions were very similar to my in-class exam questions.

Book is good great for NCLEX style Q&A with rationals, a must have for MED-SURG Nursing Library, but was missing the CD rom

If you need something to remind you of what you learned, this is a great study tool. It outlines the need-to-know information.

The chapter reviews are great and so are the questions at the end of the chapter. I am studying for my ANCC exam, so I will have to see how well this book prepared me for it.

i bought this book last year and i haven't reviewed it, but I LOVEEE it! this book helped me learn how to read questions and gave me questions with the chapters i was reading for school! it's a great book to help review for exams! the questions aren't exactly the same, but it's within the parameters of what is to be expected!
