All the information necessary to pass the MLT certification!
this book has practice tests, concepts of all major areas, to include chemistry, microbiology, hematology, and blood banking. a must buy for all those who wants to get certified the first try.

Not worth 46 bucks
This book is more geared toward MT exams rather then MLT exams. This being the opinion of myself and a co-wroker also working toward her MLT (ASCP) Typos abound in the answer keys be warned!

This is the best of several study guides I used. The information reflects current practice and the answers to the trial questions are very helpful in "diagnosing" the subjects needed for review. I strongly recommend this book to anyone preparing for a laboratory certification exam.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO IS PREPARED TO TAKE THE ASCP EXAM FOR MT. I STUDIED USING THIS BOOK AND PASSED THE EXAM ON MY FIRST TRIED. I LIKE THIS BOOK BECAUSE EVERY QUESTION COMES WITH DETAIL EXPLANATION WHICH HELPS ME A LOT IN TERMS OF MAKING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES (CHEM, URINALYSIS, ETC.).AND OF COURSE, IN ORDER TO PASS THE EXAM YOU NEED TO PUT IN YOUR TIME AND EFFORT TO STUDY.

I bought this book because I was guaranteed it's all I need to pass the exam, but I failed. This study guide did not deliver its promise (boo-hoo-hoo). I would like to rate this book as zero stars.
