This handy reference guide has been a big help with my medical transcription course. It is so easy to look up a quick term, definition, etc. Although it is by no means a very comprehensive chart--it has been very helpful to this beginner. It aids in my recall of more intensive research and gives my mind a little "boost" when reviewing for quizzes. Fits into a three-ringer binder for instant and easy access.

This product is wonderful. I was insecure about purchasing this product and the other "Quick Study" guides, I purchased at the same time, as I saw brochure in the description of this product, but I did not find any indication that it was a laminated. This concerned me and I was planning on having it laminated upon receipt. However, I did not have to laminate it since it came laminated and three hole punched. Thus, I was able to just place it with the other ones I purchased into a three ring binder. It is quick and efficient for studying for my classes on the run, between appointments or errands, and as a quick glance. These guides are a very handy tool. I purchased other Medical Terminology reference guides as well as a few Anatomy guides. I will eventually purchase the individual systems' guides. This entire series is well worth the price.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this product. I wouldn't hesitate on purchasing these products for reference materials.
My only point of contention, is in the ability to enlarge the view of the product enough prior to purchase, due to the size of the type font used, in order to evaluate the level of information and if it fits my needs. I didn't see where that was available here on the Amazon site or on the quickstudy.com site. I think this is important as we are all at different levels of learning, and it would be nice to see if the information is compatible with our level of studies.

Love these..I am buying all in the series, faster reference than online searching, more effective in rapid memorization.

I was taking an online course via my college on Medical Terminology. Oh by the way got a B and finished it just under 2 weeks because the professor was nice enough to post everything for the semester. Which is great because I have 4 other classes this term. Anyway, I figured this would be helpful for when I want to "refresh" myself on the terms and meanings later on.

This is not going to teach you everything you'd learn taking a traditional college course on it, because there is the issue of properly applying the prefix, suffix, root words, etc...but it's an excellent tool to use during or after to keep your knowledge on the subject honed. Excellent quick reference.

Awesome quick reference guide. Very easy to use. Very durable with a wipe clean surface incase of spills. 3-hole punched for easy storage in a binder.

I love this little guide.It has a lot of information!!!Great study aid.Would recommend it to everyone who is studying in the medical field.

Keep this in my clinical binder and refer to it when I am "stuck" on a term or abbreviation. Laminated so it wipes clean and doesn't wear out.

A useful and comprehensive resource. The information is invaluable whether you are a secretary or nurse. The design is perfect that it is laminated and fits nicely in a 3-ring binder. Thanks for such a great product!

Used this in college, and now that I work in a hospital. Its just great. I have several different charts, and I would buy them again--I probably will when they update them. It just snaps into a 3 ring binder, and I dont worry about something getting spilled on it. This saved me ALOT of time when taking notes for a chapter. I just wish it didnt give you an example of the word on the right hand side of the term..but I guess its good so that you know how to pronounce it.
