This book has to be the book of the year...I purchased 4 of them for friends and family after reading it...the book gives you so much information on how to respond to medical issues and how you take control of them. This book will help you get the most information about physicians and providers and helps educate you on getting the best healthcare possible especially when you are hit with difficult news.
