This is probably one of Impaled's better CD's. It has good vocals with better instrumentals and a better overall sound than Death After Life. I would definitely suggest this to death metal or grindcore fans.

The only thing is, is that a lot of the really good songs are pretty short. But thats fine...theres enough good songs on this rather short EP to go around.

THIS IMPALED CD IS GREAT. I LOVE THE COVERS OF DEADBOLTS "THE HEARSE" NIRVANAS"TOURETTE'S" AND I HAVE THE EUROPEIN VERSION OF THIS CD SO IT HAS FOUR BONUS TRACKS. "NIGHTSOIL" AND "UNTIL DEATH..." WAS FROM THE CHOICE CUTS EP AND THE COVER OF CARCASS"CARNEOUS CACOFFINY" AND IMPETIGOS "I WORK FOR THE STREETCLEANER". BOTH CARCASS AND IMPETIGO COVERS WERE ALSO ON THE CHOICE CUTS EP AND A CARCASS AND IMPETIGO TRIBUTE CD. MY FAVORITE SONGS ARE "RAISE THE STAKES" "GROSS ANATOMY" AND "CHOICE CUTS". THIS IS PERFECT FOR ANY DEATH METAL FAN AND FANS OF CARCASS. BUY IT

I think Medical waste is a great grindgore metal album. Here is my personal review of the CD:

CD cover: 4 stars (is that a hand? hi there!!)

Voices: 5 stars (gutural and screaming voices)

Guitars: 4 stars (great solos and riffing!)

Drumming: 4 stars (grinding blastbeats)

Production: 3 stars (it could be better)

OVERAL REVIEW: 4 stars

This is one of my favorite EPs ever. That cover of Tourette's really gets my mental-dance-floor in a tizzy and kudos to Impaled for being both Carcass worshippers and overall smart enough to realize Nirvana's profund effect on the world of death metal.

How fitting, I'm the first to review this record probably because I'm one of the only people, besides fellow band members, to have heard it.

Right now, this record is fittingly collecting reams of dust in cut-out bins across America. I scream, you scream, we all scream for Impaled to just call it quits.
