Finally some music worth listening to! Love the song "Goodbye" from the Crow - Stairway to Heaven. Thanks Painkillers for killing my Pain. You are my Favorite band..!!!

The first song of the Painkillers I ever heard was "My Bonnie" as I saw "The Crow", and I have to say that I love this song. Unfortunately this track is not to be found on the CD but there are other great ones. "Goodbye" and "Where you are" are my favourites. The only thing about this CD is that it is really hard to get one! But when you listen to the wonderful songs and to the voice of Cherish Alexander, the difficulties are forgotten. I hope the next album is as great as this one!

I searched high and low for this CD but found it here at Amazon. I bought it for the song GOODBYE that is so awesome on The Crow Stairway to Heaven, but ended up in love with the whole CD, It looks so out of place in my collection next to Slayer, Mayhem, SlipKnoT, As I Lay Dying, and GG Allin but hey it's there.

The wonderfully sound of the Painkillers is finally given thier due. The beautiful, haunting ballad "Goodbye" featured on The Crow:Stairway to Heaven is worth the cost of the album alone. For anyone who has ever lost someone they love, this song is not to be missed. By no means is this a downbeat album, however. "Focus" is a timely reminder of what life is all about. "Hello June", "I'm Sorry", and "Caffine" will leave you wanting more..."Which you'll get when you hear "Jesus Loves Me". And "Medicine for the Soul" will mellow you out. Enjoy! I did.

These days...there is soo many bands and pre-fabricated music out there. the world needs good music from the heart that can heal. This is why I LOVE Medicine for the soul....it has MEANING. Thanks Painkillers...for giving me something to look forward to...LIFE. Jazzy
