This is an excellent club for grooving your swing. After just a few practice sessions, I was completely confident with the driver. The head is 460 cc's and is stainless steel. The hinge can be adjusted with an allen wrench for sensitivity. The handle is a rubber wrap which a bit too firm for me but is standard in size. You can actually hit with this club but your mechanics have to be 'perfect'.

You learn the importance of tempo, swing plane and proper mechanics. The accompanying video is helpful in the appropriate use of the driver. The swing tips video is also worthwhile.

There are lower priced alternatives; however, at a fraction of the cost (Refiner Driver - has a single hinge but the action is exactly the same.

VERDICT

It is a great training aid but there are other choices on the market.

This company is a total marketing sham. If you make the huge mistake of ordering from them instead of ordering from a reputable company like Amazon, they will bill your credit card for multiple marketing schemes. Be aware. It's a common trick - you click on free shipping and in tiny print somewhere hidden on the page, you are agreeing to a "free" trial. They send e-mails (which went into my spam filter) and I started getting bills I didn't notice right away. The golf tool is possibly helpful to your game but I would save your money for a couple of lessons. It will save you the stress of calling the company to demand they cancel the mystery charges that will later appear on your credit card. Be vigilant with any credit card you may use to buy this item or any products from the Medicus company directly. If they get a hold of your credit card number, they will find a secret way to bill you. I am a fairly savvy internet buyer but they got me on this one. What a rip off!!!!

I love the driver and the iron, it is a great product. HOWEVER, be careful not to get scammed on the cancellation policy for their Medicus Videos and their Tour Partner Rewards Program that comes "free with the order" for a trial period. They provide a toll free number to cancel the recurring $9.95 charges for these programs. I called and they told me that the programs were canceled and gave me a confirmation number. However, they don't tell you that the cancellation is only for the Tour Partners Reward Program. You have to ask for the Medicus Video phone number and call it separately to get that program stopped as well. I had to call again to get the other $9.95 charges stopped. Beware, they are very sneaky about this as I found out the hard way...

dual hinged driver was slightly bent but functional. Issue is all up-selling they attempt to do. even after clicking "no" multiple times when checking out, they folowed up with call to sell additional items. Now they are attempting to charge me for additional dvd's, books, straps and other junk I never ordered. Be very careful!!!

I just recently bought the 5 iron. The driver has eliminated my slice and added lots of yardage to my drives. Was back home playing with friends and they were shocked at how accurate and long I had become.
