Medieval Gladiator Helmet: Corinthian Imperial Costume

I got mine and it wasn't like the picture at all. first of it is polished shiny ass steel. not the stone color in the picture also the helmet head fitting was way off unless you are litterly a cone head this will not fit you. i messured from the top of my nose to the very toppest part of my head it was maybe 4.5 inch. the helmet on the other hand was 6 inch. even with padding you look nothing like a gladiator. I also got the bronze spiked one and that one was great.

i love it is the best way to describe the way i feel about this helmet. The helmet is well made and me and my friend where looking over it and it appears to be handcrafted and done by a skilled welder who puts a good amount of work into it but it is not prefect because some of the welding jobs used to hold some of the pieces together are kinda basic and good example would be the nose piece because it looks like one weld is holding it there and looks as though we could tear it off but i will deffend that because well honestly with the price what do you expect and beside it gave me and my friend some ideas how to customize the helmet :) (and by the way i would not recomend ripping the nose off because right under it is a small bar the strans across the downward gap) there is one more thing i will address and that will be its size alot of other people who reviewed this helmet said that the helmet was huge and that is completely ture but you have to remember most helmets had pading and other things place on the inside and this is a easy fix though you can but a small wash rag or clothing and place it on top of your head or you can go and customize and make your pading but i am just going to buy a chain mail hood and see if that works. all things said this is a great helmet and if your expecting some godlike helmet made by the gods themselves i repeat myself by saying look at the price.

with this helmet you are buying a helmet that you can customize into something you like or you can leave it the way it is in which i can honestly say is very nice besides the size which you are going to have fix unless you have gaint head lol :)

My husband got this mask so he could MF doom on halloween. He went to a welder and had it customized to look like the rappers. The fangs are sexy. He said girls were grabbing them all night.

I was REALLY amazed when I opened the box. The picture just does not do it justice. This is quite a substantial mask. My husband is a big MF Doom fan and I had orig. bought him a very low quality mask by mistake (it was thin cheap plastic & cost the same). Thank goodness I stumbled on this one instead. He absolutely flipped over it. This is an amazing deal for the price.

This helmet has absolutely no practical application in a costume, unless you have a ginormous head. As a trophy, maybe, but you'd be much better off purchasing a prop replica with a stand. This item has no stand included.

Any REAL fan of DOOM knows that the helmet doesn't go all the way over his head like that. I would get this if it looked like his. I didn't actually buy it, so 5 stars.
