This game is amazing. If you have ever wanted to be the ruler of a medieval kingdom, this is as close as you are going to get without a time machine. And even better, this comes without the black plague! After the three big patches, this game is incredibly balanced and fun to play. You can command thousands of units on the battle field at once, besieging castles, duking it out army to army, or defending you own strongholds from the enemy! If you want a REAL strategy game, one that requires tactics and a Machiavellian mindset, buy this game. Easily one of the top 5 best games I've ever played.
