This is one tarot deck that stands apart from the many pastel, new-agey decks which continue to be published. Not only is the artwork suggestive of a medieval style, with its bold colors, simple faces, and forced-perspective backgrounds, but they are also very modern, not only in the illustrations (different from the standard WS minors), but also in the card definitions listed in the LWB, just to keep you on your toes. Don't look for reversed meanings here; I don't miss them, since there are plenty of cards with foreboding meanings. The deep red borders are a nice plus as well, setting off the illustrations nicely.

An intriguing deck which beckons for more exploration.

I love this deck, the cards aren't cluttered with too much detail. I do think that the color theme (a lot of browns & blues) could've been more varied, (it's a little monotonous), but I love the historical details in the tools and garb of the figures featured on the cards. A very easy and satisfying deck to work with, and the cards fit my hands well;I appreciate their smaller size, it makes them easy to shuffle. All in all, -this deck's a keeper!

I am very disappointed with Amazon service recently. I ordered this item 4 months ago. I was constantly told to wait by the customer support until e second order was placed. The second order was lost as well...I am refunded my money, but I really wanted that item because I cannot find it locally. Amazon is my favourite books seller, but obviously their shipping partners do a very lousy job and packages get lost with long waiting times. I do not know whom to contact so the service be improved. The india customer centers seems to do a copy-paste excercise regarding complaints.
