I've been sleeping on a Water Pillow - Mediflow Fiber Padding for years, and one thing I can tell you is that the original pillow cover gets stained pretty bad after a while. I can clear some of it temporarily letting it sit in the sun all day, but the pillow protector is the easier way to go. I made the dumb mistake of trying to wash my first Mediflow pillow in the washer, but ruined it that way (Yes, I know the instructions say don't machine wash. Like I said, dumb). If you're like most Mediflow users, you're never going to go back to regular pillows, so get the pillow protector, too. Absolutely yes!

This quilted cover really protects the chiropillow that I have. Easy to put over the pillow and quality product.

You need the pillow protector because the case over the pillow is rough. I do love my pillow though. I haven't gotten the slosh out, but I don't mind hearing it.
IT is a heavy pillow, but I don't have neck pains anymore.

This is a great product to protect your water pillow, especially if you drool a bit. It is very soft too.

About 10 years ago I bought this pillow becasue I was having neck pain from a car accident. It gave me great relief along with my chiropractor. In fact, a couple of years ago I switched to a different chiropractor and he recommended this pillow to me. I let him know that I already knew what a great pillow it is.

After using it off and on for the last ten years, my old one had seen better days. It still held water but the stuffing was not uniform and it had become stained. Of course I decided to buy another water pillow. My husband was looking for a new pillow himself so I let him have the first try of my new pillow. Let's just say that I have had to order myself a new one because he loves the pillow too! He says it's very comfortable and supportive. He doesn't like his as firm as I do so it's great that we can adjust it for our own personal taste. I'll never buy any other pillow. It's a keeper! I haven't found a better price than Amazon and you'll need to buy one for you and your spouse or significant other.

The only downside is it gets a little heavy with 4 or 5 quarts of water in it. But that only means that it slides into the pillow case that much easier! If nothing else you could use it as a weapon against an intruder! :)

At first seems a little pricey, but well worth it, much better than any regular pillow, and if you fill it right you don't hear any water noises at all, very comfortable !

My husband LOVES this pillow. It is however very HEAVY, so make the owner change their own pillow case..ha ha. I tried this on a waterbed and because it is so heavy..doesn't really work, but works well on regular mattresses. Because of the weight, it is pretty stationary and not easy to lift or roll around.

This pillow is great. I don't wake up with a soar neck in the morning. I have previously had nerve problems in one hand and sleeping on this pillow has helped so that my hand doesn't fall asleep as much during the night. It is a little difficult to take out the excess air as the instructions tell you to and takes some time figuring out what level of water works best for you.

Best Pillow I got. It's difficult to get the air out, even though it looks easy in the video. Heavy when you fill it up and you don't want to carry it around. I have 2 of these, one in my room and one in my car. These kind of make you sleep better a little bit. It also doesn't leek as I thought it. So far for the 2 months I gotten it, it's worth the price compared to the luxary $100 ones, this ones better!! I recommend everyone tries it because it's very comfortable.

Negative: Don't use it between your legs, again it's heavy. But it's comfortable for using underneath your foot or lower part of your body. Oh and don't sit on it, it will pop.

Purchased these pillows on the recommendation of my yoga instructor. My husband was having trouble with his hand "going to sleep" during the night. With this pillow it keeps his neck aligned so there is no pressure on the nerve and he is sleeping more comfortably. Would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. I like it also.
