We own a BBQ restaurant and wanted to do a Friday night fish fry during lent. I was looking for a fryer that could hold up and keep up with the demand.Well, you don't have to look any further.This is an awsome fryer and does a great job. Its well worth the money. After the first night we used it, I drained it and cleaned it out. Just as the ad stated, all of the sediment floats to the bottom below the heated tubes prolonging the life of your oil. Keeping the oil at 375 degrees wasn't much of a problem either. |
