Make sure you select the advanced installation for this software when you first install it or it will mess you up when you get so far in your class my laptop cd drive quit working and I couldn't reinstall it so I got to chapter 8 in my book and couldn't finish my class and failed the class for the semester and had to retake the class again but other than that the software is good and at a cheap price.

I read the other review and the same thing happened to me. After chapter 8, the software just breaks down and the information can't be retrieved or entered. I might fail the final unit too.

I purchased 2 medisoft v14 software products. One for myself and one for another student. One of the cd's worked ok after several hours on the phone with tech support for medisoft, and the other cd had the wrong information on it with the label reading something different. It took me several days with many hours invested to have the cds replace by Medisoft. After using the product for a few weeks, I have learned that you can not view the files that you save. The files will not open, it gives you an error message. If you happen to backup information before you restore it at the beginning of starting a new chapter, it will erase everything you have worked on previous. The text is extremely small and you cannot change it! Tech support basically tells you, "it is what it is." I would never recommend any school to purchase this for their program of study.

Got the CD and loaded just fine. When I followed the instructions I got stuck trying to find The Student Data Installer. Can someone please help me!!!!!!!! I went to the web site and I am not finding it anywhere. Need to get my work done but at this rate I am going to have to go onto campus which I dread!!!!

The CD arrived in a timely manner and was in very good condition. I would recommend buying from this seller. The packaging was sufficient and the CD worked very well.

The product was on time. Everything is running great. It's my fault because i'm all ways out of town. I apologize. Do you have a Veternarian Program available? I would love to order that one from you if you have it.

I was thrilled to receive the textbook in plenty of time to use for class, but imagine my dismay when I realized that the textbook was missing more than 20 pages. Unfortunately they are ones directly relating to assignments, so this leaves me having to purchase another. I do not remember the description including that there were pages missing as the rating was very good, and only containing some writing.

This software is great if you found a book online that did not also have the accompanying software. If you have Windows Vista be prepared to spend a few hours with tech support. It took me 5 hours and 4 attempts to get this software installed on my Vista computer.
