Thank you Beth for explaining meditation in a way that helps me understand it!!! Just "sitting" and "doing" a meditation has never been very enjoyable to me, it' seemed more of a chore then helpful. I so appreciate the explanations Beth uses to describe all the different types of kundalini meditation and exactly all the ways it can help me. I now ENJOY meditation and all the bonuses that come along with it! This book has allowed me to explore and discover the meditation that is right for me. If you know meditation can help you but you haven't yet found what works best for you I highly recommend this book to help you better understand ALL that will awaken once you find right method for you. Having read various publications about meditation and chakras, I wondered why so little is known about this subject to the “modern” human being… Well, I can only guess that our lives became too mundane, and we can hardly see beyond our physical goods.

I recommend this book to everyone who is interested in taking a journey to their inner self. You will discover here superbly written introduction to meditation (including some techniques), chakras (what they are, and how they affect your mental and physical health), and finally you will find out about kundalini, the powerful and inexhaustible source of energy and wisdom that lies latent within each of us. Sounds like fiction, but it’s as real as it gets.

Interestingly enough, we do need to stop and read this book. yes, stop, read...then practice!:)
Beth offered us a fresh view that actually creates greater harmony and productivity in our life than the usual drift in our modern, busy and distraction filled life. It's a gentle yet a thought provoking way to awaken us to what is truly possible within our divine life force. Thank you Beth for the wonderful information and also practical ways to bring it into our life. We all could use this...as always with practice toward mastery.

I found this book extremely helpful in the process of learning more about meditation. Coming from a conservative viewpoint, it was a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in an area of interest to me. The book is completely neutral in its message that one must not throw the baby out with the bath water as it is too powerful of a practice to miss. It is a book I can recommend to my own clients who desire peace in a chaotic world.

This is perhaps Beth Banning’s most powerful book on meditation. It is filled with background and history of Kuldani meditation, which can be a real powerhouse. I was glad to see that besides going over what it is, she also included the cautions and warnings related to ‘awakening Kuldani’. I was glad to see the warnings. Too often authors tell people how to use advanced techniques without including the warnings. That also told me that she knows how powerful it can be, and that kind of power needs to handled with respect.

She has written the book as someone who knows and has been there. Her experience on moving beyond limitations definitely comes through. She knows what it takes to break through limitations and using Kuldani to accomplish that.

I have read other books on the topic and they often seem to include just bits and pieces. Beth has found a way of pulling it all together in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. The way she put together the information on the chakras involved helped me to finally grasp and make sense of the various bits and pieces I have encountered in my other readings.
Beth did a wonderful job on a topic that is often misunderstood and misused. I am glad that she took the time to lay it all out, how to do it, and the benefits of Kuldani meditation techniques. Good vibes to you for the wonderful job you did.

More About the Author

Beth Banning is a best-selling author, inspirational speaker, and spiritual catalyst who lives in California with her husband, their cat, and their six pound poodle.

She was born in New York City and from a very young age could sense the feelings of people around her, felt kundalini energy running through her body, and experienced other unusual events that she didn't understand. The well-meaning adults in her life told her she was depressed and that these experiences were just her imagination.

Growing up in this cloud of ignorance and disbelief these gifts were buried and unable to flourish and so she was left confused and lonely.

As a young adult she recognized the same sense of confusion and loneliness in others and became passionate about helping people better understand themselves and those around them.

Later in life she took this passion into her work with her husband Neill and co-founded Focused Attention, Inc. She has written numerous books, co-created the Pathway to Personal Freedom, and the Art of Conscious Connection Seminar Series.

After many years of integrating this consciousness shifting work into her own life and teaching it to others, she experienced a profound reconnection with God that turned her life upside down. This radically changed the way she perceives the world and functions in it. Beth now lives her life guided by her inner source of divine wisdom.
