There is some very good ideas for meditation techniques in this book. It had some I already practiced and opened me up to new ways to meditate also. I good starting point.

Nice to know there are so.many ways to meditate and no rules.just do it.......and you will know when it happens.like riding a bike.stay up longer each try til u are riding.....finally u.learn.and the tries are fun too....
Quick guide that reminded.me of the ways and joy.of freeing my.mind of clutter and letting it JUST BE......I will begin my practice.again daily....
