I'm very impressed by this imagery, the way it uses rich images and breathing (we with FMS are oxygen-starved!!), accurate physiology, and very sensitive attunement to the emotional and psychological issues we "crocks" with fibromyalgia suffer from! I found it almost exhilarating, to listen to this imagery. It was both both calming and energizing. I've been listening to it every night before I go to bed, and my sleep is much sounder. I also try to get to it at least once during the day. I already feel the difference, and it's only been about 6 weeks. I have much more energy and much more hope I'll lick this miserable condition!!

I have enjoyed the other Belleruth tapes and CDs, and this is by far the best one for me. I think she really "gets" fibromyalgia and offers confidence, hope and peace on her Fibromyalgia CD. I find it so helpful as I struggle with this often misunderstood condition. I don't agree with the former reviewer who complained about the length of the affirmations. It is not necessary to be perfect in repeating the affirmations to yourself. But (wink!) I know personally that we fibro sufferers tend to be perfectionists. There is actually no "wrong" way to experience the meditation or affirmations. Try it for yourself...you won't be disappointed!
