First heard this while I was getting a Reiki treatment. Now that I'm a Reiki Master, I use it when I'm treating someone who needs to unwind. Useful also for people who have trouble getting to sleep. It soothes the weary soul.

Magnificient! Whenever I feel stressed or down, I listen to Fumio and it really makes me feel better. It's so relaxing. That's all you need to better your day. I will give it 5 stars. It's really worth it.
