Meditation Made Simple is a set of guided meditation and musical compositions designed for balance, centering, relaxation, and stress relief. This CD does an excellent job of relieving anxiety the first time. Perfect for anyone who needs a little relaxation every now and then.

John Daniels has the best voice for guided meditation. My job is very stressful and this CD is perfect when I want to take a break or when I come home from work. The meditations also help me nap and sleep at night. I usually select repeat on my cd player so that it plays all night long.

I must say I own a few meditations tapes, but this tape is definitly one of my favorites. It has a couple different ones on, including a long version and a short healing light meditation. I think the best part of the cd is the music is awesome, it is very spirtual and takes you on a emotional journey that is hard to describe. It is a great meditation/music cd that will completely relax you.
