these brief meditations/affirmations help direct your thoughts in positive, peaceful, loving directions. i have a tendency to over think things or get into negative thinking. this cd has helped my mind and, consequently, my actions. the voice and music are well done. i only wish there was a little more music interlude so as to better absorb the affirmations.

This album is a great undertaking as it deals with the full range of universal principles that guide all of life. The short affirmations each about a minute long are separated by 20 seconds of peaceful music that serves as a background for the spoken word. Dudley's soothing voice is both intimate and supportive and really allows the practical wisdom in the meditations to sink into the subconscious mind. They can either be listened to all together for the 74 minute duration or listened to one a week for a year which makes a nice self development program for anyone wanting to enhance the quality of their lives by enhancing the quality of their thoughts. Another way to use this album is to choose from a topic that is relevant or relates to an issue one is dealing with such as Relationships, Healing, Forgiveness, Compassion, etc. They can be selected like an angel card and listened to to support that issue. There's a lot of material here but it is very easy and pleasant to absorb.

For anyone who has a hard time falling asleep or anyone who is looking for a good relaxation cd. Can listen to the individual segments or as a whole- either way wonderful.

This is a fantastic guided meditations album. I really enjoy this album because it automatically clears my negative thoughts and helps me focus on the present with positive energy. I love listening to this on my way to work and by the time I park my car, I feel amazing!!
