Being a newbie to meditation I am finding this technique very interesting. I can't say that I have figured it out but it shows more promise to actual meditation than I have experienced before. The vocals are very good and the sounds seem to help open the third eye. That is the main emphasis of this set of CDs. Opening the third eye and what to do with it after it is open. I have tried a group situation and although the people in the group thought they were meditating, at least half of them were sleeping. So I wanted a technique that could get some results. I suffer from anxiety issues and hope this will help. Still working on opening that 'third eye'. If you already meditate you might find this an alternative to the type yo u are practicing. You can research ISIS and Clairvision to find more about the author of this CD.

Why Not Give IT a REAL Title- like How to LEAVE the only Reality you are apart of and give away all your power. ANY, COURSE THAT starts leading you away from consciousness and awareness and what you think, it the beginning of being initiated into the spirit world. I am putting my life back together based on awareness of what strengthens me--I have completely exited the terrifying world of spirituality where while you learn how to give your power away to gurus, guides, leaders, psychics and medium you believe you are becoming "enlightened". My advice is to do things that strengthen your own ability to develop your own awareness...i like www.clarity-of-being.org for starters... Maybe someone can learn from my mistakes...The New Age and spirituality is ALL DARKNESS and yet when you're part of it you will not believe it. So ask yourself would any conscious being -- alive or dead--tell YOU how to live your life? NO, awareness does not need to seek outside itself for anything!
