this video has been a favorite in my library that i turn to often for a "refresher" course in meditation. it serves as a fantastic overview of what one can expect from meditation. and it covers different meditative techniques such as tratak or candle gazing meditation, meditation on a sound or an image and mantra meditation. it can definitely serve as a starting point for the curious and the beginner as well as the more experienced practitioner of the art of meditation.
