I purchased 6 different Yoga Nidra disks. This is the ONLY one that I use. The guys voice is incredibly soothing, (not grating or condescending) or rapid fire (some disks sound like they were former Marine Corp DIs!) and the word choice is p.e.r.f.e.c.t. I don't know much about the Swami part. The guy is just good.

I was amazed at the ease of the meditation sequence permitting me to stay alert, but yet completely relaxed. Excellent product.
