Sri Siva, a scholar-mystic from Tamil Nadu, India and the first of his tradition to come to the West, has lived in the West for over 20 years now. Most likely he means well, but Sri Siva's choice of words was very disappointing to me. He chose negative words to motivate people into the positive realm, and this is like saying to an athlete, "Don't lose! Don't lose!".
For example he chants, "do not wait, do not wait". For this topic of affirmations, I would have chanted the otherside of this coin by saying, "I am pro-active. I take action." and so forth. Maybe this works for some cultures but in American language there are so many other words to choose from that bring visions of positive thought rather than struggling thoughts. Other than that, at least he doesn't over dub the words with loudly playing music.

This CD is so effective. Sri Siva teaches that it is very easy to have expectations of your life like those of a Prince/Princess. You can have things Right now! ... not tomorrow, not one hour from now. These affirmations altered my own expectations. I decided to start my own business. Now I have it, and it wasn't hard. It was easy and it is so much fun! It's a good CD.

I love the effect of listening to the daily affirmations. This technique attunes my mind to notice opportunities I didn't see before. Suddenly they're everywhere! Opportunity is not only knocking, it's calling, faxing, emailing, and paging me. And it's all happening effortlessly. Thank you Sri Siva!

After a long day of being chased by opportunities, I relax with the Yogic Sleep Technique. Within minutes I'm out like a light & sleep like a log. Ahhhhh.
