This is a VERY SOOTHING CD to listen to before going to sleep. Dr. Siegel is a very compassionate and understanding doctor. When I listen to this CD, it is like having a doctor there and I feel better and relax. All of Dr. Siegel's CD's are just wonderful, however, the ones with the meditations are the best!
