I came across Maoshing Ni initially through a Yahoo! Health article. I followed a link to this particualr c.d. and felt it was yet another stepping stone towards improving my health.
'Meditations to Live to be 100' is a two disc set; The first in which offers suggestions regarding one's diet - Fruits, Vegetables, and Grains - as well as how to avoid toxins we put into our bodies (through storage containers and other variables). The second disc is a relaxing session through 3 different meditations. The whole practice takes about an hour, which anyone seeking enlightenment and self-actualization should devote this alloted time to their self each day. After meditating on these exercises each morning, I go about my day feeling in Awe and protected against negative energy. Following the meditative practices, one is left feeling as if they were on Cloud 9 all along.

I found the meditations to be very powerful. I would recommend this CD for anyone who wishes to learn how to shield themselves from much of the negativity in this world and to achieve a more harmonious style of life.
