I've had this wonderful book for several years and am still amazed at the wisdom I find in its pages. Whether you feel like celebrating all things good or cursing every circumstance in your life, you will find a meditation that puts your feelings into words. This is a book I give to all graduates. It's "simple songs" are worthy of consideration by any age reader.

Nan C Merrill's book, "Meditations and Mandalas" draws the reader into reflection on his/her own life through the real life situations the writer describes in her meditations. The mandalas are a source of reflection as well, and invite the reader into intimacy with God, the "Divine Friend". This book is a resource for personal prayer, as well as a great gift idea.
