These 2 CD's are wonderful. Sonia has a very relaxing and soft voice and is wonderful for doing meditations to. These meditations are very relaxing and enjoying and you can easily understand what she is saying, she is slow and relaxed and you can follow her instructions easily. Very easy to envision what Sonia tells you to and I find them to be inspiring and very spiritual. A great buy and I use them daily. I recommend this set to anyone who wants to relax and unwind and grow spiritually and feel better physically and mentally. Enjoy! Thanks Sonia for another great product.

I have been listening to Sonia for over a month, and her beautiful sweet voice has really cautivated me. Her messages come in such a sweet tone, that I was sure that her meditation CD's would be wonderful, and I was right. Her voice takes you though a wonderful journey, as if she was right beside me. I love to listen to one meditation every morning. Each CD has 3 meditations, and all 6 are amazing. It's a great set to have, I fully recommend them.

I am very pleased with this cd. I trust my vibes on this and they told me it rang true. After I listen to this I am brought back to what really matters in my life and the world, not bad for under 20 dollars.Thanks, Sonia for continuing to put out the gold vibes!

I have several of Sonia's book and they are utterly fantastic. I wasn't so thrilled with this meditation set however. It was more of a pep-talk (which I could use from time-to-time) but I really just wanted a guided meditation for the evening hours.
I also agree with the other posts that the voice is inconsistent. I found myself startled at points because the voice came from no where, and loudly at that.
I also didn't like the short tracks. Because there are several separate tracks on the CD, it lacked a flow. As soon as I got comfortable, the track ended and there was a new track. It was just too much interuption.

Sonia Choquette's delightful, soothing voice gently leading me to receive Divine Guidance, Support and Healing, make this meditation 2-CD set my new favourite way to start my day! For anyone who is currently on a spiritual journey and feeling the need for help connecting with inner guidance, I highly recommend Sonia's loving approach to medition. If you feel stressed, anxious or alone, take a time out, pop on any one of the CD tracks, and find yourself transported to a wonderful place 'behind your imagination' - a place of peace, joy and love - you deserve it!

6 of the best healing meditations I have in the huge collection that I use for my classes.

This is by far the best meditation CD I have ever listened to. There are three meditations on it. Sonia begins the first with a very short "bio", and then immediately gets to it. There is no other "talk" on it. Other tapes force me to wait until the explanation is complete before "getting down to it". This CD gets right to it and keeps me there. It is very gentle and affirming. I feel so nurtured and relaxed after it. Sonia's voice is a pleasure to listen to, and her inflexions make me think she's in the room with me. I love it and am very grateful for it.

I have a very difficult time just sitting still. Something is always going through my mind.
I so very much enjoyed this CD, even though I haven't made it all the way through.
The reason I enjoy it is because Sonia C. talks you through the meditation.
I feel this is very good for beginners or those, like me that have a difficult time just sitting still and not thinking.
You will notice, the more often you do it the less outside thoughts come in to interrupt.

I really love the meditation cd's. They are wonderful in helping you to develop and open yourself up. I highly recommend them.

These are wonderful meditations which relax, calm, and uplift you as Sonia's beautiful and reassuring voice gently leads you into the world of spirit. In this day and age of rush and impersonality, these meditations take us to a quiet place, beyond space and time, and remind us that we are divine immortal beings created by God. They remind us of our own importance and tell us how to nurture ourselves, and keep ourselves above the ego based, material world.

These meditations give the gift of tranquility and serenity, especially helpful during difficult times.
