Shepherd Hoodwin has been channeling since 1986, and specializes in the fascinating Michael teachings, about how we set up our lifetimes. He is an intuitive, workshop leader, and teacher. He also does healing, mediumship, past-life readings and therapy, counseling, and channeling coaching (teaching others to channel). I found this book quite serendpitously while in Woodstock, NY.... I have studied various forms of spirituality and meditation for years and found in this book to have some of the most beautiful, inspiring and profound meditations. I have read hundreds and hundreds of spiritual books, but what I loved about this one was its simplicity and beauty... It is page after page of beautiful meditations and visualizations that really whisk you away into another realm... i like to just read a few at a time, or tape record them to let it take relax and really go into the images and worlds he creates! Simply Divine! Thank you Shepherd...
