Every cd that I have purchased from Dr. Jeffrey Thompson is amazing! I have around 22 of his cds now and I use every one of them for something different. He is an amazing artist with awesome results from his cds. I have healed and grown and moved forward so much because of using his cds and I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to heal and grow and move forward in your life.

I read before I fall asleep, and listen to this theta wave ocean DVD. It is the only sound that I've found that helps me relax and drift off to sleep.
