Excellent, practical help for those who want to enter learn the practice of meditative prayer. Good for the beginner, or the person who wants to return to a forgotten friend. The author guides the reader step by step through the practice so that the discipline becomes doable and desirable.

This book has helped me in an area that I have always wanted to improve in, but have always struggled with(prayer).
It is perfect for those of us who get too distracted to have quality prayer experiences. I am very glad that I discovered this book!

Since my husband and I travel on pass, I was able to spend 10 hours with this book in the Denver airport! On our return I ordered 3 copies of the book for friends! 'nough said!
