easy as 1 2 3. Everything will come out excellent
This is a great cooking book. It uses mostly easy to find ingredients, it goes step by step and doesn't assume you know something you may not (as other cookbooks sometimes do). Mostly the dishes are healthy. I wish they would re print this series. Incredible must haves!

Many better books out there
This book would be rated only "ok" by me. It doesn't have a lot of recipes and the ones it has aren't that great. There are many better books on this subject.
