This convinces anyone to try healthy Mediterranean foods. I like how the author provided information about what to limit during dinner, in a day, in a week and so on. There are so many ways to lose weight but what makes this unique? The author in this book came up with a well-planned 7-day Mediterranean meal plan so you can actually lose weight without starving yourself plus you get to enjoy Mediterranean recipes!

I was thinking about learning more about Mediterranean Diet recently, that's why I bought this book. This book gave me a good understanding of Mediterranean diet and get to learn what good it does to your body. The receipts are varied, easy to prepare and each one of them has the calories count. Recommended

I just can't get enough of reading ebooks with great information like this one. I am always seeking out advice on finding new ways of improving my diet and I can add this one to the collection. This was well written and has a easy plan to follow.

After hearing so much about the Mediterranean diet I decided to check it out. I really love all the recipes in this book and the easy-to-follow preparation instructions. I have also noticed an increase in my overall health and vitality after following the plan in this book for just ten days. I also really love how the book lays out recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favorite recipes are the Mediterranean wrap, lamb chops with roasted garlic, and the Swiss chard omelet. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to live healthier by eating better!

Great book about the mediterranean diet! I love learning about all the different types of diets out there, and testing them out for myself. The information for this particular diet is well laid out in this book and I really enjoyed reading it. I look forward to implementing the techniques into my own diet asap, and I will forward to the results!

You get the full recipes so you can see exactly what you will be needing for ingredients and also the actual calorie count of the meals. A very easy read, with delicious, good recipes and the author did a nice job over viewing the Mediterranean Diet. l like that there is a wide variety of recipes with normal ingredients, easy directions and quick prep time. can't wait to get started with this meal plan.

If you're thinking about starting a healthy life style I would definitely recommend Mediterranean diet. I think this book is a perfect start. It gives recipes and a whole plan. It tells you what to eat, how to eat and when to eat. Detailed plan for whole week!
